Abstract

The current century is characterized with basic changes in educational system , mainly in teaching and learning standards, and in changing the roles of a teacher and a student. Modern learner refuses to be passive and plays the role of an active leader in the process of longlife learning. Besides the reality of XXI c. creates the increasing possibility of establishing a collaborative relation between teachers or learners and getting important information using modern technologies. According to these changes XXI c. educators are mostly oriented on students, choose holistic approach and offer students learning strategies and techniques together with the learning material. Modern teachers assess the skills students use to be competitive in global economics.
